Overview: HABD's 90th anniversary was more than a milestone worth celebrating; it was a strategic opportunity to modernize the organization's brand, deepen stakeholder relationships, and reinforce its enduring relevance to the Birmingham community. Seizing that opportunity required a comprehensive strategy that worked simultaneously across brand, events, media, and digital content.

The Results:

  • Successfully launched a modernized HABD brand identity in the context of a landmark milestone

  • Executed community and stakeholder events that deepened organizational relationships

  • Launched a new stakeholder newsletter, establishing a lasting communications channel

  • Produced and distributed stakeholder video content across HABD's digital platforms
